We had a great stay at Phonepaseuth Guesthouse. the hotel was incredibly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, even helping us find a pharmacy when my partner got sick. the rooms were bright and well decorated, and we ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much.

We had a bad experience paying at Phonepaseuth Guesthouse.

The rooms at Phonepaseuth Guesthouse were so comfortable and cozy! I loved the air conditioning and the TV in the room. The en suite bathroom was also a plus, with a nice shower and complimentary toiletries. As a guest with disabilities, these amenities made my stay really enjoyable.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the fact that the bathroom only had showers. But hey, that's just my opinion!

The staff were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to make our stay incredible. They provided a local sights map on arrival and the room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. We loved the convenience of free tea, coffee, and water available at all times. The location was unbeatable - it was so close to a variety of restaurants and cafes, and we could easily walk to all the sights we wanted to visit. The unlimited water bottle fill was a lifesaver in the hot city, and we really appreciated the quiet yet excellent location for both dining and exploring. The omelettes were delicious, and we enjoyed breakfast on their lovely patio area. The staff made us feel so welcome and offered their assistance throughout our entire stay. And, of course, we were thrilled to have free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and a flat-screen TV in our room.
